That sounds like what I was getting before I cleaned the MAF (made no difference) and then replaced the sensor in the exhaust manifold. If you have an OBD reader (JOBD for these vehicles) then take a look at the codes to see where the issue is. There are a number of threads covering 'lambda'. 'sensor', 'O2' or 'Oxygen', 'P0171, 'system too lean (bank 1)' and the like. With mine I struggled to get the replacement sensor in as the previous mechanic had stripped the threads on the exhaust manifold - the below thread follows that.

Hi Smurf, Yes I have tried hot spotting from my phone (sky mobile) and have used the apple carplay feature which gives similar results. I had a look for a separate antenna cable but I couldn’t find one so I guess it’s already connected some where. The FM radio is ok to be fair, but there aren’t many stations compared to what’s available on global player, Rayo etc. I installed a dab aerial and app that I bought from AliExpress. It’s connected up to bare metal as per the instructions but it’s not great despite all the glowing reviews.

Have you tried hot spotting your phone and using WiFi? If you are trying to use FM make sure you have wired up the power on signal from the head unit for the antenna signal booster, or the radio signal will be terrible. That shouldn't affect the DAB aerial you have installed, though. DAB really doesn't like crap aerials, so make sure what you have installed is of a good quality and has been grounded to bare metal on the body of the car.

Hi - just started a road trip to get up to Scotland and do the NC500 and my lovely Alphard campervan (2008) 2.4 petrol has started doing intermittent juddering when driving along and occasionally the engine cuts out when parking up and putting into reverse. Any ideas anyone?
